Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for orders placed through the Eatery App ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Overview

Eatery App is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with the Eatery App. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for orders made through the Eatery App.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation by Restaurant/Outlet: Refund based on the Eatery App uses.
  • Technical Issues: Full refund if a technical error on the Eatery App platform prevents the successful completion.

3. Cancellation by User

  • After the purchased we will count the no of days applicaton used based on that refund: Calculated Refund.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, users must contact Eatery App customer support within 24 hours of the incident that warrants the refund. The request must include the order details and the reason for the refund. Eatery App will review the request and communicate the decision within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the refund approval.

6. When will the refund amount be credited to customers?

The time taken for refunds to be credited depends on the payment mode used and is as follows:

  • UPI: 3 to 4 working days
  • Net Banking and Debit/Credit Card: 5 to 7 working days

7. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued for orders that were completed and delivered successfully.
  • Refunds will not be granted for circumstances outside Eatery App's control, such as the user's personal reasons or change of plans.

9. Policy Amendments
